Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, I began my career as a mortgage Loan Officer in 1983. In 1991, I opened my first mortgage company, which was sold to a Va. Beach based bank in 1993. Within 4 years, the firm was a Top 100 Lender in the U.S. I continued to serve as President of that firm.

 

In 1998, I opened my second mortgage company. As CEO, the company grew quickly and was successful due to one primary goal...Treat everyone fairly with the best customer service possible. The company was sold to yet another Va. Beach based bank in 2011. In 2017, I left the corporate mortgage banking world and opened Liquidity, LLC.

Liquidity, LLC is a commercial lender that provides short term financing on residential and commercial real estate; primarily residential. My business is 100% built by client referral. We will happily add new investors/borrowers, but limit the number of clients in order to maintain very high customer service levels.
